2004, Aventis merged with SanofiSynthelabo to Sanofi-Aventis (now Sanofi Corp.),
one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world.
2005, Hochpharma acquired the majority in the Hoechst Afghanistan AG.
2008, May 10th the Grand Opening took place with His Excellencies at the
Hochpharma plant in Kabul.
